Welcome to LetterFit. By accessing or using letterfit.co (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service
LetterFit provides online tools to create, customize, and download cover letters. Access to certain templates, export formats, and features requires a one-time purchase of the applicable package.
2. Purchases
All packages are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the purchased features. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely; you will receive a secure checkout link to complete your purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use LetterFit's templates and tools to create cover letters for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish LetterFit's templates or software.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy. You grant LetterFit a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." LetterFit does not guarantee employment outcomes or interview results. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetterFit's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
